ICONIC PROJECTS: if you follow us on Instagram (and you should!), you know that we’ve recently partnered up with Kamikaze Motorsports in Glenwood, Iowa. One of the many new services that will be coming from our partnership is a series of project bikes for those of you that like to tinker or are looking for a lower entry price to a bike you’ve always wanted for our White Glove service to fix up on your behalf.

Additional photos are available here for your perusal.

Zundapp was a German manufacturer of motorcycles that dates back to the first world war. Zundapp produced everything from aircraft engines to sewing machines but mainly concentrated on motorcycles after the second world war until the financial collapse of the company in 1984.

This appears to be a 1984 version of the GTS 50 two stroke as it was water cooled in its final year as well as sporting a disc front brake.

The VIN on this Zundapp is illegible.

The odometer shows 17,833 kilometers (11,080) miles.

Modifications:
This GTS 50 appears to be in very original condition.

Cosmetic Blemishes:
There is wear and discoloration on the left side cover.

There is corrosion on various metal parts of the brakes and suspension.

The tank cap is stuck, inside condition of tank is unknown. The bike will need a thorough going over to get it in running condition.

Currently located at our facility in Glenwood, Iowa (please make an appointment for an inspection), this Zundapp is offered on a Bill of Sale only. Have any Zundapp GTS 50 stories or questions about this listing? Let us know in the comments!
