Established in 2022, the brand specializes in meticulously restored Japanese motorcycles, with select models including Zephyr 400s, Zephyr 750s, Zephyr 1100s, NSR250Rs, TZR250Rs, RGV-Γ250SPs, R1-Zs, GPZ900Rs, and CB750s. As part of the program, each bike undergoes a comprehensive 90-point inspection, during which time a team of specialized technicians address any areas in need of repair. Within Japan, NAPS Sport Vintage operates a wide network of facilities, offering customers a 1-year warranty upon purchase. Should the buyer have the bike shipped to Iconic Motorbikes, we will complete a post-transport inspection and NAPS will ensure that everything is as represented. However, there will not be an additional warranty once the bike is stateside. Iconic can help with shipping and if the new owner is patient we may be able to combine shipping with other bikes from Japan to save on transport – please check with us (transport@iconicmotorbikes.com) if you would like additional information!

Produced from 1984 to 2003, the GPz900R was the first bike to bear the “Ninja” name – but not in every country!
A revolutionary design when it came out, some would argue that it was the predecessor of what we consider today to be a modern sport bike. It was the first 16 valve liquid cooled inline four, something the competition would take years to catch up on.
The engine produced 115 horsepower, good for a top speed of 151 miles per hour – it was the first production road bike to top 150. Nowadays these numbers might seem tame, but this bike was an instant legend when it was released.
The cameo in Top Gun didn’t hurt, either.
This example is VIN: ZX900A073035.
The odometer shows 40,666 kilometers (25,268 miles).
Maintenance:

They provided a condition report in Japanese (which you can see in the photo album), we have run it through an online translator and this is what we got:
Modifications:
Update 12/4:“We believe that the former owner of this vehicle might have changed its upper cowl and side cover from 1993 model original to 1984 model looks.”
Cosmetic Blemishes: please see the album up top for all known cosmetic blemishes. Here is a selection:
