New for 2016, the Panigale 959 was an evolution of the 899 that ensured it could still make good power (157 hp, 79 lb-ft) while meeting Euro 4 emissions. Other goodies included a slipper clutch, a slight restyle, and a full ride-by-wire electronics suite that enables traction control, engine brake control, ABS, quickshifter, and ride modes (Wet/Sport/Race).
The seller notes that this bike has no track time and that “the first major service at 600 miles was performed at Pro Italia. Other service records at Motor Sport Exotica and part installs at Pro Italia available upon request.”
Pirelli Super Corsa tires | $300
Competition Werkes Fender Eliminator License Plate Re-position | $160
Carbon Rear Mud Flap Motocomposites | $130
Carbon Shock Guard | $50
Competition Werkes Smoked Rear Integrated Tail Light | $234
The seller is letting it go as he’s “not riding the bike anymore and someone else should enjoy it.” He notes that there are no mechanical issues. Cosmetically, there are a few scratches on the gas tank and the area under the radiator guard has regular wear from road use.
