Debuting at EICMA 2019, the MV Agusta Rush 1000 was a limited edition (300 units) streetfighter based on the Brutale 1000RR.

It utilized the same impressive 998cc inline-four engine which produced 208 horsepower at 13,000 rpm but with a new camshaft, new valve guides, and upgraded titanium connecting rods. Compression is a healthy 13.4:1 and power can be bumped up even more to 212 ponies with the race kit consisting of a homologated exhaust system and different ECU.

MV said the Rush was inspired by drag racing – particularly the carbon fiber cover on the rear wheel. Other changes from the Brutale included: a circular headlight with integrated cornering lights, restyled tail, and SC Project exhaust (as part of the Race Kit).

The seller is the original owner and purchased it new from a dealer in 2022. It is number 112 of 300. The odometer shows 1,111 miles.

Maintenance:
The seller reports performing the first service and an oil change.

Modifications:
The seller states the bike is stock and includes two keys, bike cover, owner’s box with race kit, and authenticity plaque.

Officially unveiled in October of 2019 at the EICMA Motorcycle Show in Milan, Italy, the Streetfighter V4 took the high-end superbike market by storm. With Ducati seeing the success of their Panigale line, they took all the best qualities of their flagship superbike and implanted them in a rowdy, aggressive, and stripped-down platform.

While Ducati celebrated its success with the Streetfighter V4, there was just one thing missing – more. New for 2022, Ducati sought to enhance the already potent platform with even more lethality with their ‘SP’ model. The SP was an upgrade from the V4S, an already exclusive edition of the Streetfighter that featured upgraded components. For the SP, Ducati decided to add their iconic dry clutch, alongside carbon fiber wheels, upgraded Stylema R calipers, Öhlins suspension throughout, and a brushed aluminum tank that stood out from the crowd as Ducati intended.

Manufactured February 2022, this example is number 333 of the production run.

During his ownership, the seller has covered approximately 600 miles. The odometer shows 955 miles. The seller traded a classic Mercedes Benz for the bike with a friend three months ago.

Maintenance:
Per the seller, “600 miles first service after break in period. Got the invoice.”

Taking a little break from the construction & the move by riding a few of our Iconic Rental bikes to the new building personally.

Haven’t had much of a chance to ride lately and thankfully traffic is light today so this will be fun.

We finished the office carpeting last night. Finished the photo area and the service department is about 90% done as well.

We were offered an incredible deal on a second building so we’re going to put Iconicmotomarket.com into its own space shortly (just a few doors down from our new HQ).

Despite a very difficult move we had a phenomenal March in sales at a bit over $1.1MM and this month is approaching $400k already so we’re doing a solid job at running the biz while we relocate.

Must admit….cant wait until this is done. What an incredibly difficult undertaking this has been! Phew!!!

When Honda first introduced the Grom 125 (MSX125 for those of you outside of the U.S.) back in 2014, the little bike made quite the splash. Some eagerly welcomed it, excited that the historically-practical moto manufacturer was finally ready to have some fun. Others scratched their heads, bewildered as to why Honda would cater to such a seemingly ‘peculiar’ niche.

Even in spite of its initial controversy, the Grom has firmly established itself within the motorcycle community. Between the compact size, the high-revving 125cc engine, and the flickable geometry, it’s a bike that has commanded quite the cult following.

Road & Track put it perfectly in their initial review: “The Grom is tiny, gutless, slow, and perfect. It’s the kind of motorcycle that probably made you enjoy riding in the first place… Invariably, it’ll make you enjoy riding again.” As with other small Hondas (like the Ruckus), one of the hallmarks of the Grom lies in its customization potential. So, while the platform is pretty humble out of the box, there’s a thriving aftermarket chock full of performance parts.

Iconic bought this to use at our Rhode Island location as part of Iconic East for our members to use during events or when renting the facility. We sent our fleet of Groms to our headquarters in Santa Monica for the winter and now that we’re changing up what Iconic East will be we decided to sell one of the Groms to clear up some space so it’s being sold with no reserve!

Maintenance:
As the bike has only 161 miles on it, Iconic has not performed any service.

By 1992, when Pierre Terblanche gave the 851 a facelift, Ducati had firmly established a line of SP (Sport Production) homologation specials based on the line. The Italian firm debuted the SP5 for 1993, however they were not able to get it to pass US Department of Transportation regulations, so they created the SPO (Sport Production Omologato) for Americans that year.

The 888 produced 94 horsepower thanks to the iconic desmo valve V-Twin. Slight improvements contributed to a quarter mile time of 10.81 seconds on the way to a top speed of 157 miles per hour.

The SPO blended the Strada engine with several upgrades from the SP5, such as the single seat, upswept exhaust, and Ohlins shock with ride height adjustment.

Ducati backed it up on the track, winning the 1993 World Superbike Manufacturer’s Championship. Doug Polen would also win the AMA Superbike Championship that year on a Ducati as well.

The seller states “I bought it from the second owner in Monterey CA.” The odometer shows 35,283 miles. The seller states “I had it mostly on display.”

Today we have a piece of race history – the Factory Yamaha Racing 2003 R6 bike from the AMA 600 Supersport class. This is the actual race bike belonging to Jamie “The Hacker” Hacking from his legendary 2003 championship season. Hacking is a British born, three time AMA champion, who began his career in 1997 with Kinkos Kawasaki. In 1998 he moved to a full factory Yamaha ride and subsequently won AMA Superbike rookie of the year despite being injured for part of the season. In 2003 he won his first AMA Supersport championship and this was his B bike, some of those podiums were on this very machine.

Jamie Hacking’s 2003 year was a standout season and one of the best of his racing career. After his contracted ended with Suzuki, he went back to Yamaha for the AMA Supersport Championship. By the end of the season, he had established himself as one of the top riders in AMA Supersport.

The bike came from Factory Yamaha and Jamie says, “This bike was my B bike I raced through out the 2003 Honda Pro Oils AMA Supersport class in 2003. This is the actual bike that I raced the day of winning my first ever AMA Championship at Barber Motorsports park in Birmingham Virginia. The bike is as is I rode it that day from down to the tires to the #1 decals that got stuck on as we where at the podium by my team over the #2 that I normally ran.”

Jamie notes, “Bike has been professionally dry stored by Yamaha.”

2018 was a momentous year in Ducati’s history – after years of producing V-Twin superbikes, the Italian marque released an all-new lineup centered around a 1,103cc V4. The base model was impressive in its own right, but an additional six grand bought you the “S” model, which came with impressive upgrades.

To celebrate a successful 2023 in both MotoGP and WSBK, Ducati realeased five replicas the following year: Bagnaia, Martin, Bautista, Bulega, and Bezzechi. Each bike was adorned with identical liveries and shipped with an authenticity certificate, an assortment of dedicated technical equipment, and a packing case. Aside from a multitude of carbon fiber parts, the upgrades included a STM-EVO SBK 9-disc dry clutch, an Akrapovič silencer (an addition that shaved off over four pounds), Brembo Stylema R calipers, Rizoma billet aluminium adjustable footpegs, and racing plexiglass.

Bezzechi’s replica celebrates his third place finish for the Mooney VR46 Racing Team. Adorned in black and yellow, the replica was limited to 72 examples and features the Italian rider’s signature on the tank.

The seller purchased the bike new from AMS Ducati Dallas and states, “As a Ducati top client, I get access to order new releases prior to Ducati offering them to the public. This is one of six I ordered and was approved to buy. All of mine are serial 026 of their respective series. This Bez is 026/72 and is the lowest replica made with only 72 being produced.” It is number 26 of 72. The odometer shows 0 miles.

The Yamaha TZR250 was manufactured and sold from 1986 until 1995 in three main iterations exclusively for the Japanese market, never being officially sold in the United States. Born out of the RD250, the model evolved from the more modest parallel twin 250 two stroke of the 2MA and 3MA variants to the 90-degree v-twin 3XV version.

In the early 90’s the Japanese manufacturers were in an arms race to create the most advanced 250cc repli-racers for license limited riders and track racers alike. These small quarter liter bikes were very different from the budget small cc bikes produced today to meet the needs of restricted license holders, they were brimming with the latest race bred technology and excellent build quality. While restricted to 45 HP to meet the Japanese rules of the time, de-restriction and tuning could release a lot more power.

Yamaha also produced a limited run of SP (Sports Production) models which featured a dry clutch, adjustable suspension front/rear, and several improvements to allow for even more power when de-restricted: cylinders, heads, electrics, and exhaust. Production was limited to 500 units a year and it was the model to get.

Maintenance:
In preparation for the listing, the seller had us perform a safety inspection, clean and sync the carbs, oil and filter change, hydro fluid flush and fill, transmission oil change, clean and lube the chain, inspect air filter, replace spark plugs, repair brake light, and we performed a gas tank cleaning with GTL. After a long series of 916-based superbikes, Ducati dramatically mixed things up styling-wise with the vertically-stacked lights and double-sided swingarm of the 999 in 2003.

The styling was polarizing but the riding experience was not. As Bike Social puts it in their review of the 999: “The 999’s desmo V-twin is simply beautiful and has all the lazy power and torque you would expect from such a bike.”

A previous owner is a friend of Iconic’s and informs us the motor was replaced approximately 12,000 miles ago and the ECU is re-flashed. Released in 1990 as the successor to the 1988-released KSR-1, the KSR-2 was part of the “Superbikers” craze in Japanese motorcycling –small little pocket bikes which blended strong performance, customization, and unique aesthetics. Inspired by the bosozoku legacy, many of these little bikes were outfitted with neon lights, custom exhausts, and retro styling.

The KRS-2 had 12-inch wheels, versus the 1’s 10-inch wheels, and the 49cc engine became liquid cooled. Production didn’t last long as the two-stroke didn’t meet the changing emissions standards, however, Team Green would release an updated model, the KRS110, later in the 1990s and many of the parts are interchangeable to create even more personalized touches.

The seller purchased the bike at auction in Japan three years ago. The odometer shows 5,618 kilometers (3,490 miles).

For 2014, BMW gave their classic boxer sport-tourer a complete redesign centered around the liquid-cooled 1,170cc opposed-twin engine that debuted in the GS the year prior. 2015 brought keyless ignition, and 2016 added an additional color option to the line. It’s an impressive package that allows the rider to cover all kinds of distance in speed and comfort, with ample technological features like the Electronic Suspension Adjustment (ESA) option, a 5.7″ TFT screen, and multiple ride modes with an optional Pro mode.

Introduced in 1992 with a twenty-year production run, the RS125 was what European teenagers dreamed of when growing up thanks to the sportsbike looks and sensation despite the diminutive engine and restricted-license-friendly output numbers. It got a revised Rotax motor in 1996 and a facelift in 1999.

MCN states “For most of the 1990s, Aprilia’s RS 125 was the must-have 125cc bike – both the hottest and coolest thing a 17-year-old could plaster a tatty L-plate on. A potent, shrieking banshee of a water-cooled two-stroke motor, wrapped in a gorgeous aluminium twin-spar frame, blessed with credible chassis components, a full-size riding position and a sleek, sporty fairing.”

The seller states “I inherited it from my father when he passed away in 2022. I completed the title transfer into my name in 2023. The odometer shows 6,511 KM which is 4,045 miles. The seller states “My dad was never a huge fan of sport bikes or European vehicles, but he couldn’t resist adding something rare to his collection. About a decade ago, he got the chance to pick up a California street legal RS 125 and it occupied a special spot in his garage ever since. As the only sport bike and only Italian in his collection, my dad doted on this one and always enjoyed showing it off on the streets.”

Back in '83, Cycle World had this to say about today's 2nd auction going live: “The Honda CB1100F is a high-performance match for any 1100, in terms of speed and acceleration and handling and braking ability, and has superior cornering clearance as well." Built for just one year, the Honda CB1100F was a sleek looking standard that evolved from the 900F. In the process, it had tremendous performance –- in January of ’83, Cycle World said “the Honda CB1100F is a high-performance match for any 1100, in terms of speed and acceleration and handling and braking ability, and has superior cornering clearance as well.” The 4 cylinder engine produced 108 horsepower, good for a top speed of 139 miles per hour. During testing reviewers even found that, “in the half mile, the CB1100F reached 141 mph, faster than any other stock bike we’ve tested.”

The odometer shows 24,748 miles. the seller has covered approximately 4,000 miles during his ownership.
