Here’s what we’re specifically looking for at this time:
Ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks with a well-rounded understanding of Accounting for a $10+ MM (Revenue) corporation. Responsibilities include cash applications, receivables, proper bucketing of expenses, etc., to help with a clean & dynamic P&L statement.
Iconic consists of half a dozen divisions under our corporate umbrella so overhead needs to be broken down by department and well reflected in QuickBooks so that we can close quarters on time and keep a close eye on expenses.
You’ll report directly to Adam to help with our books and taxes. As Adam puts it, “you’ll need to be able to handle “A LOT” of energy and a fast pace as you’ll be working with me often!“
Candidate will have to work in our hangar 5 days a week with the possibility of working 1 of those days at home.
Auction Writer/Jack-of-all-trades (Full-time)
We’ve recently brought on an Auction Lead/Writer but Abhi needs another one!
The ideal candidate will be familiar with motorcycles, computer-savvy, and a talented researcher and able to work in a close-knit team environment. Must have a “whatever it takes attitude” to help other departments (the ability to help our parts department source rare parts is highly appreciated), and special consideration will be given to candidates who are proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Premiere to be able to help us edit more videos for our social media presence.
This role is 5 days a week at our hangar in Santa Monica, CA.
