Description
Additional photos of this Ducati Panigale V4 R are available here for your perusal.
Ducati says the V4 R “is the maximum expression of Ducati’s racing DNA, more similar to a racing prototype than any other bike.” At the time, it was the most expensive machine they offered.
It had 221 horsepower, the latest/greatest from Ohlins (43mm NPX 25/30 fork, TTX 36 shock) and Brembo (Stylema calipers), plus wings!
Manufactured in March of 2019, this example is VIN: ZDMDAGSW4KB008865. We auctioned it off a few months ago and it did not meet reserve, so Adam bought it as he wanted to try it for himself.
We’ve taken it out for a few Sunday rides and one track day at Laguna Seca. The odometer shows 1,039 miles.
Modifications:
Akrapovic race exhaust (originally sold for $7k, including installation) with Ducati’s official Racing up-map.
Ducati Performance carbon fiber front tank cover.
New Rage Cycles tail tidy.
Smoked windscreen.
Ducati Performance engine cover.
Ducati Performance open clutch cover.
Ducati by Rizoma rearsets.
Stompgrip tank pads.
Rizoma Stealth mirrors.
It is riding on Diablo Supercorsa SP tires with date codes of 0121 and 0621.
The previous owner notes that all recalls were done, the clutch seal has been replaced, and it has had two oil changes.
The horn does not work, and there are no front turn signals due to the Rizoma Stealth mirrors.
Currently located at our facility in Santa Monica, California (please make an appointment for an inspection), this Ducati is offered on a clean Montana title. Have any V4 R stories or questions about this listing? Let us know in the comments!
