The seller acquired it from Alan J. Sessarego of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, a photographer who provided a letter certifying that he obtained all the signatures on May 20-21st, 1994.

The signatures are:
Front: Kevin Schwantz.

Right Side: Troy Corser, Thomas Stevens, Colin Edwards, Miguel Duhamel.

Left Side: Tom Kipp, Mike Smith, Pascal Picotte, Jamie James, Tripp Nobles.

This helmet is size L (59-60cm).
