1988 brought big changes to the Ninja 600R – it got a new double cradle frame and ESCS (Electronic Suspension Control System) anti-dive to complement the 592cc inline four-cylinder engine.
Manufactured in April 1987, this example is VIN: JKAZX4C17JA000162.
The odometer shows 6,655 miles.
The seller acquired this solely to use the tank for another Ninja 600R that he was having us restore. He does not have a need for the rest of the bike, and has swapped out the bad tank from the other bike if the next owner wants to try and fix it.
