Despite the retro styling, the Ducati GT1000 was nearly a decade ahead of its time as it had already been killed off well before all the other OEMs started the current rebirth of retro-styled motorcycles – that’s one of the reasons they’ve turned into cult classics.
The GT1000 was a modern take on Ducatis older GT bikes, and it was the most comfortable of the SportClassic line.
This example is VIN: ZDM1WABP78B010175, Engine #: WAB8040613. The seller acquired it in 2016 from MotoCorsa in Portland, Oregon.
