In 2012, MV Agusta shook things up with a new triple-based sportbike with a price that Motorcycle.com called ‘almost affordable.’ Despite the cheap-for-MV pricing, the F3 offered electronic features that the F4 lacked and a more reasonable riding position for the street.
MCN called it “one of the best looking motorcycle creations ever,” and it had the poke to match with 128 horsepower. You also got 43mm Marzocchi forks, a Sachs rear shock (both fully adjustable), Brembo brakes, traction control, adjustable engine braking, ride by wire throttle, and a quickshifter.
In 2014, MV Agusta made a long-awaited return to factory-backed racing with the creation of the Reparto Corse (Racing Department) works team to compete in World Superbike and World Supersport. The RC was limited to 350 examples (100 in 675cc and 250 in 800cc) and sports graphics inspired by Jules Cluzel and teammate Lorenzo Zanetti and features both their signatures. Other upgrades include folding brake and clutch levers, black footpegs, tail tidy, high angle windscreen, neoprene seat, and number 37 referencing how many world titles MV has won over the years.

He states, “Always wanted to own an MV, and the 2016 F3 RC I thought was the best looking livery I had ever seen. I bumped into this one used in Texas with only 300 miles on it and scooped it up. Then upgraded the exhaust and ECU to match and leveled up the bikes performance. It’s really an awesome bike, but I am moving onto my next fun toy/project.”
It is number 25 of 350.
During his ownership the seller has covered approximately 1,300 miles. The odometer shows 1,667 miles.
Maintenance:
The seller states, “Replaced the battery, and all oil changes and brake fluid flushes on my own with the exception of one rear brake flush at Texas dealer when purchased. Removed carbon canister and unnecessary 50 state emission plumbing in the bike and replaced ECU with MV Agusta’s Race ECU to harmonize the exhaust config – this also netted about a 12lb weight reduction.”

The sale includes two keys, Evotech caps for mirror removal, a set of primed (not painted) Flamingo race fairings, and an MV Agusta pit mat.
