If you’ve been following Iconic for any time, you’ll know that we’re huge fans of Scott Russell. We’ve auctioned off several of his Shoei replica helmets, but today we’re pleased to offer you a Scott Russell Dainese tribute suit in Kawasaki colors.

He earned his nickname, Mr. Daytona, in 1995 when he crashed at the Daytona 200 on the second lap. Despite the setback, he managed to not only proceed with the race but also win it outright ahead of Carl Fogarty.

Scott Russell has long been a fan favorite – especially after his incredible comeback victory at Daytona in 1995. The year after, Shoei offered a replica livery on one of their production helmets, the Screaming Chief, and riders have been begging Shoei to re-release it since!

Please Note: The Shoei helmet is OUT OF DATE and for DISPLAY ONLY.

This helmet was built on February 7th of 1996. It is a size extra large.

Additionally, the sale includes a clear visor as well as a Shoei helmet bag and a 1/12th scale mini helmet in a clear case.
