Please note: This bike is being sold with a Bill of Sale only. The dealership lost the title paperwork and was unable to replace it.
Multistrada is Italian for “many roads”, and that reflects the broad capabilities built in by Ducati and Pierre Terblanche as an evolution of his previous design for Cagiva, the Gran Canyon. This bike was their attempt at a touring bike you could hustle with. As MCN put it, “the Ducati Multistrada 620 is more of an ‘all-rounder’ motorcycle to the Monsters’ ‘roadster’. The looks are an acquired taste and it’s not got a whole lot up top in the power department but the Ducati Mulitstrada 620 is a good, practical first big motorcycle. A bit more oomph and a bigger tank would have made it even more so.”

The model was introduced in 2005, and launched for model year 2006. Some owners have called it the Swiss Army knife of motorcycles.

“Outwardly, and certainly aesthetically, the new 620 is very similar to the basic 1000. Differences between the two, motor aside, are aimed at keeping the 620’s weight and cost down. Most significantly, the 620 is a whole 13kg lighter than the 1000 at a claimed 183kg dry.” – Visor Down

“If you’re used to more conventional road bikes it may take a while to adapt to the Multi’s slightly weird combination of firm, street-focused suspension and upright riding position, but once you do you’ll have a ball.” – Visor Down

Manufactured in April 2005 this example is VIN: ZDM1VA2K46B014544. The seller states “this bike has very low miles because it was sitting in the back of a dealership for a number of years.”

The odometer shows 788 miles. Because this bike sat for so long the title and paperwork for the bike was lost somewhere along the way. As such the bike is offered on Bill of Sale only.
