The ZX-7 was born out of Kawasaki’s ZXR750 race bike effort, which would go on to be a success on the racetrack as well as the showroom floor. It showcased an aluminum perimeter frame and a highly tuned GPX750 engine.

Performance Machine wheels were the hot ticket. The “Chicane” design was used by many racing teams in the AMA until the early 1990’s. These were spun aluminum wheels, which were very light.

The seller states: “These wheels came off of a 1993 Kawasaki Ninja ZX7 but will fit a 1991-95 ZX7 and possibly other bikes as well with proper spacers. I bought the complete bike to have in my collection.”

Modifications:
Brembo front rotors.

They are wrapped in Continental ContiMotion Z tires with date codes of 0724 and 1024.

Cosmetic Blemishes: please see the album in the “Photos” tab for all known cosmetic blemishes. The seller states: “There are no blemishes that I know of. The wheels were anodized by the previous owner and are in very good shape.”

Currently located in Athens, Alabama, this set of Performance Machine wheels is offered on a Bill Of Sale only. Have any Performance Machine stories or questions about this listing? Let us know in the “Comments” tab!
