The Öhlins NPX gas charged fork and TTX36 shock are controlled by Ducati’s event based Smart EC 2.0 system, dynamically adjusting damping for corner entry, braking, and acceleration. Revised bodywork includes slimmer winglets that still generate up to 81 lbs of downforce at 186 mph, reshaped vents for improved cooling, and a larger, more supportive tank and seat.
Subtle mechanical updates include a raised swingarm pivot for sharper agility, revised transmission ratios for smoother corner exits, and the latest generation of Ducati’s electronics suite, including traction, wheelie, slide, and engine-brake control, all tunable through the full color 5 inch TFT display.
The result is a 431 pound masterpiece capable of devastating lap times yet remarkably composed in the hands of mere mortals. The Panigale V4 S remains Ducati’s definitive expression of track bred performance and Italian design.
