In 2020, Ducati updated the Panigale 959 to create the Panigale V2 – an evolution in just about every way that also got V4-inspired styling to look like their flagship superbike. Ducatis focus was not about ultimate horsepower but on something approachable and easier to ride – the average rider will be able to ride faster for longer on this platform. MCN said, “no current sportsbike offers such a blissful blend of power and handling or goes to such lengths to flatter its rider.”

The 955cc Superquadro V2 engine produced a claimed 155 hp and 76.7 lb-ft of torque, and it was easier to take full advantage of thanks to a up/down quickshifter and the six-axis IMU from the V4 which gave riders access to eight-level cornering traction-control, three-level cornering ABS, four-level wheelie control, and three-level engine braking settings. MCN continues: “on fast flowing corners the Panigale V2 has so much poise, mechanical grip and not an excess of power to deal with, the electronics are rarely troubled.”

The Panigale V2 didn’t just look the part – it performed as well. And today we’ve got one that’s been well-built for anyone pursuing their track or racing dreams!

Manufactured in July of 2020, this example is VIN: ZDMHAATW7MB003109. The seller acquired it in May 2024 from a private party in Tampa, Florida.

“I put about 100 miles on it and then converted it to a trackbike. So from 500 miles to current 1800 are all trackdays, and one race weekend in March 2025 at Roebling AHRMA event.” The odometer shows 1,854 miles.

“I originally bought this bike to use as a dedicated track-day bike. Shortly after I purchase I started working for the South Florida Ducati Performance shop, Moto Corse Performance. During this past year after slowly upgrading it, I started some local club races on a lightweight class older air cooled Monster 1100. I have now decided I want to focus more on racing and less trackdays – thus this is not going to be used much going forward.”

Maintenance:
“Religiously changed oil and filter, and cleaned the high flow air filter. This machine has ZERO mechanical issues. Runs great, tuned well.”
Modifications:
“Beautifully prepared V2 track-bike – ready for any kind of track-days or club racing. It dynos at 149 RWHP and runs/handles amazing. This is not your de-tuned Moto-America “sluggish” version. I have been steadily upgrading since I purchased in May 2024 with 400 miles, and started work at Moto Corse Performance.
