2006 was a very special year for Nicky Hayden and Repsol fans – that’s the year The Kentucky Kid won the MotoGP championship (snapping Rossi’s five-year streak in the process). The Laguna Seca round was particularly special that year, as Nicky earned what would the final MotoGP victory in his incredible career.
We are unable to find an official image showing this outfit being worn in 2006, but this forum post shows the top/skirt (no jacket) being worn by Repsol employees in either 2005 and 2006, this shows the outfit being worn in 2007, here is a very similar setup in 2009 and this is a more recent image that we’re not able to confirm the year of.
This includes a jacket, two sleeveless shirts, and a skirt. And don’t worry, we will not be having Abhi or Adam model it for you.
The shirts are size 2.
