The Yamaha XT225 is the product of decades of dual-sport engineering refinement. This bike is designed to be accessible to a wide range of riders without sacrificing capability, with a six-speed gearbox, front disc brake, rear drum brake, and an Enduro style halogen headlight.

8.9 inches of front suspension travel, 7.5 inches in the rear, aggressive knob dual-sport tires, and a heavy-duty aluminum skid plate give it the confidence to tackle rocky trails, steep climbs, and tight switchbacks that would stop larger bikes in their tracks. A super low first gear even allows for slow speed technical riding.

The XT225 has earned a loyal following because it does almost everything well and Yamaha built this machine to last, with rubber mounted components, fold-up footpegs, and flex-mounted turn indicators that speak to its durability under real world riding conditions.

This example is VIN: JYA4BEC025A073095. The seller bought the bike from a previous Iconic Motorbike Auction just a month ago. “I bought this for my brother to ride around on, but sadly due to worsening health, he won’t be able to ride it”.

The odometer shows 4,019 miles.
