In 1982, Kawasaki introduced a middleweight to the GPz family between the 550 and the 1100 (a couple of years later, the 900 would also be released).
The styling was right in line with the rest of the GPz series. Basic specifications included approximately 80 horsepower and a curb weight of just over 500 pounds – 50 pounds lighter than the 75 horsepower Honda CB750F.

Manufactured in November 1981, this example is VIN: JKAKZDR13CA000648. The seller acquired it three years ago from a private party.
During his ownership, the seller has covered less than 30 miles. The odometer shows 12,703 miles.
Maintenance:
“Replaced battery, flushed and bleed front and rear brake system, cleaned and sync carbs, changed engine oil, oil filter and air filter.” The seller states that there are no known mechanical issues.

It is riding on Dunlop tires with date codes of 2701 and 4302.
