The king of Kawasaki’s two-stroke triples, the H2 Mach IV has a reputation that has stood the test of the time – Team Green even brought the H2 name back for their insane new supercharged sportbike.

The H2 750 is remembered fondly thanks to a peaky, narrow powerband and handling characteristics that earned it the affectionate nickname of “Widowmaker”. The H2 was capable of knocking out a quarter mile in 12.0 seconds – faster than a Hemi Cuda – thanks to 74 horsepower.

It weighed 423 pounds dry and topped out at 126 miles per hour. For more on the characteristics that gave this bike the Widowmaker moniker, head on over to Motorcycle Classics.

This example is VIN: H2F02842, Engine #: H2E02788. The owner acquired it eighteen months ago from a private party in Huntington Beach, California.

During his ownership, the seller has covered 200 miles. The odometer has been replaced, true mileage is unknown.

“I bought it from previous owner who did a frame off restoration in 2016. He stated everything was gone over and engine rebuilt completely. Electrical was gone over so everything works, including high beam indicator and horn. He replaced the faded speedo and tach with a S2 350 set. The bike starts up easy when cold and immediately idles smoothly with minimal smoke. This H2 accelerates clean and smooth. It is riding on on Dunlop TT100 tires for the 1970’s look. Brakes work as they should and paint is incredible. This is a restomod H2 so it is not a concourse restoration and I know some things are not original Kawasaki. This H2 is for someone that wants a very clean great running restomod H2 that turns heads and sounds incredible with the upswept Higgspeed chambers.”
