Additional photos of this Ducati 750 Sport are available here for your perusal.
Some bikes can just pull off yellow, and the ’70s Ducati 750 Sport is an excellent example.
The Sport was a variation on the GT, and the main differences were a longer/narrower fuel tank, seat cowl, clip-on bars, and rearsets for the full Sport experience.
The 748cc V-Twin was good for 62 horsepower, enough to power the 402 pound (dry) bike up to 124 miles per hour. Early 750 Sports have black engine side covers.
1974 was the third year of production for Ducati’s attempt to fight against the larger bikes coming from Honda, BSA, and Triumph.

This example (VIN: DM750S753984, Engine #: 755984 DM750) was restored 20 years ago, and has been in storage for the last 12 years. The restoration included new paint and an engine rebuild. We are not able to determine who performed the restoration.
It was properly prepped before being put in storage – there is no fuel in the tank and no oil in the crankcase.
The odometer shows 3,581 miles.
The sale includes the original keys, tool kit, and a spare brake caliper.
This beauty is ready for display, but our White Glove Service would be glad to make it a rider if the next owner wishes!
