Additional photos are available here for your perusal.

After the classic 750GT of the 70s, Ducati looked to evolve with a simpler engine. They ended up with the first ‘square case’ bevel twin: the 860 GT.

Just two years after the model was introduced, it was replaced by the 860GTS. Along with a sleeker, less angular fuel tank, it also ditched the duck-tail seat, gained narrower handlebars, and decreased the final drive ratio. Electric start became a standard feature beginning in 1975.

By 1977, Ducati had revised the 860 once again, releasing an updated model known as the 900GTS. With the name change came further electrical and cosmetic refinements.

This example is VIN: 855026. The seller purchased the bike from the builder — Studio Colin Stinson — four years ago.

During his ownership, the seller has covered approximately 500 miles. The odometer shows 9,334 miles. However, true mileage is unknown.
