The 1979 Maico Magnum 440 MC440/T was a motocross motorcycle manufactured by the German motorcycle company Maico. It was one of the most powerful and successful bikes of its time, featuring a 440cc two-stroke engine and a sturdy steel frame designed for high-performance racing.

In addition to its powerful 440cc two-stroke engine, the 1979 Maico Magnum 440 MC440/T was known for its high-quality components and advanced design features. The Magnum 440 also boasted a lightweight design, which helped to improve its agility and maneuverability during races. Other notable features included its large fuel tank, which allowed for longer rides and races, and its striking red color scheme.
