While the GSX-R750 debuted in 1985 for most countries, the US first got it and the bigger brother 1100 in 1986. It was an instant classic – an aluminum box frame housed a 128 horsepower oil-cooled engine, and it looked the part thanks to the full bodywork. The dry weight was 433 pounds, an impressively low number for the time.
Manufactured in March of 1989, this example is VIN: JS1GV73AXK2102579. The seller acquired it two years ago from the third owner.

The seller notes that the “right lower cowling has 2 very minor paint chips and the left rear lower side of tank in the blue section has 3 very small paint chips that are almost unnoticeable.”
