Maintenance:
The seller recently performed the following:
“Valve clearances checked, opener and closers all within spec.
Replaced Cam belts (with original Ducati, Gates)
Oil / filter change
Check thermostat for correct operation
Fuel filter replaced, in-tank fuel lines to Racetronix corrugated hose.
Checked fuel pump operation and flow.
Fuel injectors taken to RC Engineering for cleaning and service
Throttle bodies ultrasonically cleaned
Valve cover and exhaust gaskets replaced
Spark Plugs replaced
Airfilter replaced with Uni filter material
Engine ice coolant
All injector hosed replaced with rubber to withstand ethanol fuel and attached with Oetiker clamps.
Battery AGM Yuasa
Stator replaced due to deteriorating wire insulation. (Original Ducati)
Oberon clutch slave cylinder
Clutch master cylinder replaced with rebuilt Brembo goldline
Brake master cylinder replaced with new Brembo goldline
Front calipers rebuilt with Brembo seal kits. Pistons all like brand new
Mettec Titanium caliper mounting bolts
Rear brake caliper rebuilt with Brembo kit. Pistons like brand new
Rear brake master rebuilt with Brembo kit
Replace all brake and clutch reservoirs with new Brembo
Replaced reservoir hoses and spring clips
Front brake rotors disassembled and re plated buttons cleaned and checked
Mettec Titanium rotor mount bolts (front)
Rear brake rotor re plated
Mettec Titanium rotor to hat and hat to wheel mounting bolts
Built AN -3 front brake hoses, changed to a 1 into 2 instead of 2 lines
Built AN-3 rear brake hose
Built AN -3 Clutch hose
Mettec Titanium banjo bolt with bleed for clutch
New stainless dished head banjo bolts for all other banjos
New tires
New SKF front wheel bearings, original were unsealed, new are sealed
New SKF steering head bearings, original were unsealed, new are sealed
Replaced front wheel seals (in rotor hat)
Ohlins sent to Performance Shock Inc in Sonoma, Ca for complete rebuild
Replaced front shock spring as the original had paint flaking off.
Replated front “axle” and clear Cerakote for protection.
Replated steering cross shaft in frame
Cleaned and regreased bearings
Re powder coated front subframe, steering control rods and anchor rods.
Replaced Aluminum front axle outer retaining “screws” (hexes damaged)
Replace rear shock rocker pivot outer aluminum chassis “screws” (one broken, one just damaged)
Replaced lower front shock steel mounting “nut” (Hex damaged)
Mettec Titanium hardware on all steering control rod mounts
Mettec Titanium hardware on all front axle anchor rod mounts
RK gold 520 ERV chain.
Fixed broken ECU mounting box left side mount with Plastex (excellent stuff!!)
Replace front and rear fender mount bolts with really cool, large diameter machined stainless steel screws”
