Additional photos of this Bimota YB9 Bellaria are available here for your perusal.

The Bellaria was a shot-in-the-dark that Bimota brought to the market to show the world their version of a sports-tourer. The Bellaria was the Italian brand’s first bike to feature a seat big enough for two, with slightly higher passenger pegs to accommodate anyone daring enough to throw a leg over the back. It sported many high quality components, including front and rear Brembo brakes, as well as Marzocchi forks and a rear shock.

This model in particular has a very unique dash, and sports the name of the motorcycle itself in stylized fonts across the entirety of the bike.

Bimota made just 145 examples between 1990 and 1993.

Thanks to a revised intake and exhaust Bimota was able to get 95 horsepower, 5 more than the Yamaha unit.

This example is VIN: YB900104.

The bike is missing several parts: regulator/rectifier, fuel lines, petcock, fuel level sender. Several parts are also disconnected: carbs, throttle cables, airbox, water temp sensors, ignition coil, and some wiring. Additional components may be missing, this is being sold as a non-running display bike.

The fork seals are leaking, and the brakes need to be rebuilt.

Due to the above, we are not able to confirm the odometer reading, true mileage is unknown.
