Just for 1990, America got a taste of Honda’s NSF50F two stroke “sport” bike. Despite the diminutive size, it’s a street legal bike with a claimed top speed of 55 miles per hour – think of it as a MB5 that got updated with liquid cooling and then painted by a Miami coke dealer.

Per Motorcyclist Magazine, only approximately 200 were imported to the US. It featured a 6-speed transmission with drum brakes on both ends and 17 inch wheels. Honda offered three accessories for this bike – a chin fairing, a full fairing (basically the chin with a lower fairing), and a tach. For more on this little Honda, check out this summary on Tanshanomi’s Snap Judgments.

Manufactured in October of 1989, this example is VIN: JH2AC0808LK002434. The seller is the owner of Adrenaline Cycle in Swansea, Massachusetts and this comes out of his personal collection. He acquired it five years ago from a local private party.

The odometer shows 3,090 miles.

As shown in the video up top, it runs and rides. However, it could use a small tune up and a carb clean. Our White Glove partnership with Adrenaline could handle that before pickup/delivery or we can take care of that at our Southern California headquarters if you’re local to us.

Modifications:
This NS50F appears to be completely stock. It does not have any of the factory options.

Cosmetic Blemishes:

Currently located in Swansea, Massachusetts (please make an appointment for an inspection), this Honda is offered on a clean Pennsylvania title. Have any NS50F stories or questions about this listing? Let us know in the “Comments” tab!
