Description

Additional photos of this Honda CBR600F3 are available here for your perusal.

In 1995, Honda updated the venerable CBR600 lineup with the F3, which featured revisions to the engine and the chassis as well as the introduction of ram-air induction.

Cycle World called this “one of the all-time great all-rounders,” and Sport Rider called it a “Great Sportbike of the Past.” It was more than an excellent streetbike – it also dominated the track. “The 1995 AMA 600 Supersport season was another good one for Honda, with [Miguel] Duhamel putting on a Honda seminar all year, winning eight races in a row en route to his second AMA 600 title. Honda F3s won all 11 of the races that year, scoring a perfect shutout. This made four 600 titles in the Honda’s five years of existence (Yamaha won the title in ‘94). You simply can’t talk about 600cc racing in this time period without mentioning the Honda CBR600F2/F3.”

Manufactured in May of 1995, this example is VIN: J2PC2504TM502606. The seller is the second owner, he purchased it one year ago from the original owner who has a motorcycle shop in Michigan. He is letting it go to make room for a 940-mile Honda CBR900RR that he recently acquired.

During his ownership, the seller has covered roughly 400 miles. The odometer shows 14,685 miles.

Maintenance:
The seller says that the following work was completed in June of 2022 with 14,212 miles on the odometer:
– 4x new Iridium NGK plugs
– Dyno Jet main and needles kit
– Honda fuel filter
– K&N air filter
– New OEM fuel pump (recommended maintenance)
– Honda fuel shut-off petcock
– Updated Rev-D cam chain tensioner
– +1 rear steel 44 tooth sprocket.
– Plus annual maintenance (Oil and Filter…)
– New front and rear Michelin Power 2CT+ tires (less than 100 miles on them)

He adds that there are no known mechanical issues.

Modifications:
Yoshimura RS-3 exhaust, rim decals, K&N sticker on swingarm, Michelin sticker on bellypan.

Tinted windscreen with aftermarket stickers, high-lumen halogen low and high beam bulbs.

Aftermarket grips, aftermarket bar ends.

Manual “fan on” switch when the key is in the on position. This allows the rider to keep the fan on in stop-and-go traffic.

Battery tender lead.

Not pictured:
K&N air filter.
Dyno Jet Stage 1 jet kit, and tune. 138 needls outer, 140 needles inner, pilot 3/4 out.
Rev-D cam chain tensioner.
Honda “Fuel Off” Petcock. “The original petcock had friction, this one clicks into place.”

Inside of the tank:

The sale includes two keys, the tool kit, and Honda service manual.

The seller adds that “there was a promotion when the bike was purchased. It came with a matching HRC jacket in size Large.”

Cosmetic Blemishes:
The seller states that “this bike has no chips, scratches, or blemishes. Never ridden in the rain and stored in a climate-controlled garage.”

The seller sums up his bike by calling it “a pampered, in show bike condition, and mechanic-owned example. Only non-ox fuel is used in the bike.”
