The 1996 Triumph Daytona Super III was the final production year for this rare, high-performance “triple” and is considered a flagship of Triumph’s 1990s Hinckley era. Co-developed with Cosworth, only 805 units were ever produced worldwide between 1993 and 1996, with the final 1996 run consisting of just 150 bikes.

With premium features such as adjustable suspension and dual front disc brakes, the Daytona was set-up to allow customization to get a perfect blend of comfort and performance. With a top speed of around 160 mph, the 1996 Triumph Daytona was a top choice for riders who wanted a versatile and powerful motorcycle that could handle long rides and spirited cornering. The seller states that amongst some owners the bike earned the nickname “The Gentleman’s Express”.

Built on the standard Daytona 900 platform, the Super III featured significant internal upgrades by Cosworth to increase power and reduce weight. Approximately 115 horsepower and 66 lb-ft of torque.
