Both Honda and Aprilia offered two-stroke sport bikes under the model name of “RS250”, but the Japanese variant was much more aggressive as it was a production racer available directly from the factory. It was first made available to privateer racers in 1985, going through four different generations until exiting Honda’s lineup in 2009.
This example is VIN: MR019810021. The seller inherited the bike from his father and can provide limited information regarding its history. He does note that it was “last raced by Nobi Iso for two track records at Oregon’s PIR.”
There is no odometer; true mileage is unknown.
Maintenance:
The seller states that his father was a performance technician for Yamaha in the 1990’s. He performed all of the required maintenance himself.
Modifications:
Aftermarket bodywork with custom paint and painted wheels.
Steering damper.
Brembo calipers, steel-braided brake lines.

Continental US: Haul Bikes will ship anything sold through Iconic for a starting rate of $750 in the Continental US (prices may increase in rural markets), and Iconic will handle the paperwork on your behalf. You do not need to crate your bike or drain the gas/disconnect the battery if you go with Haul Bikes. We are glad to work with the shipper of your choice as well, but you will have to arrange it.
