Additional photos of this 1998 Suzuki GSX-R600 are available here for your perusal.

After disappearing from the lineup between 1994-1996, the GSX-R600 came back in 1997 with all-new styling, GP-inspired alloy beam frame, as well as the introduction of Suzuki Ram Air Direct, the acronym of which became the nickname that everyone knew these bikes by: the SRAD.

The 600cc engine was good for 110 horsepower, and by 1998 Suzuki had tuned it to offer some more midrange to help riders using it on the street.

Manufactured in October of 1998, this example is VIN: JS1AD111500100809.

The odometer shows 18,394 kilometers (11,429 miles).

This bike came to us from a collection in South Africa and the history is not known. In preparation for the listing, we cleaned and synced the carbs, flush the coolant, installed a battery, serviced the chain, replaced the fuel filter, and installed new Michelin Pilot Power 2CT tires.

Cosmetic Blemishes:
It is missing the front turn signals.
