These wheels are JB Power forged magnesium wheels, and meant for a 2004-2006 GSX-R 750/1000.
Per the seller, these wheels are said to have been from a “former AMA motorcycle that may have been ridden by Matt Mladin/Ben Spies during the racing season.”
The seller claims that a “Marchesini hub is compatible with these wheels, even though the fitment may look a little off.”
