The 2005 model featured a liquid-cooled, parallel twin engine with a displacement of 498cc, producing 58 horsepower and 33 lb-ft of torque. Known for its agile handling and versatile performance, the Ninja was a popular pick for both beginner riders, as well as seasoned veterans. Discontinued in 2009, the EX500 long remained a fan favorite for it’s nostalgic design and Japanese reliability.
