Introduced in 2003, Ducati’s ST3 was an evolution of both the ST2 and the ST4 – it utilized a unique three-valve head (two intake, one exhaust) which helped blend the ST2’s torque and the ST4’s top-end. It resulted in 107 hp and 72 lb-ft of torque. As Bennetts put it, “when you ride an ST3 it feels every bit the lovely lazy V-twin you would hope for in a sports tourer.”

For 2006, Ducati updated the ST with TiN coating on the 43mm Showa USD forks and a Euro-3 compliant emissions system.

That year, the model was available as the ST3 and the ST3s ABS. The latter obviously got anti-lock brakes, but it was also upgraded with an Ohlins shock with ride height adjustment, aluminum swingarm, and lighter 5-spoke Marchesini wheels.

This example is VIN: ZDM1TBBS06B005268.
