One of the most visually striking machines to ever come out of Aprilia, the RSV1000R Bol D’Or which was built to commemorate their participation in…the Bol D’Or, a 24 hour endurance race that occurs every spring at Le Mans. Just 200 examples were built in the distinctive purple/red livery.
Changes from the RSV1000R were solely cosmetic, meaning the Bol D’Or came well equipped with Ohlins front forks, a slipper clutch, and Brembo calipers.
You also got the wonderful V60 magnesium v-twin motor, which puts out 143 horsepower at 10,000 rpm.
The seller of this example (VIN: ZD4RRTR047S000720) acquired it last year from a private party in Fresno, California.
Since then he rode it once for approximately 100 miles. The odometer shows 10,612 miles.
Modifications:
Danmoto exhaust.
In preparation for the listing, the seller had us replace the kickstand, bleed the front brakes, and raise the suspension to stock height (the previous female owner had it lowered).
Currently located at our facility in Santa Monica, California (please make an appointment for an inspection), this Aprilia is offered on a clean California title with registration current through 2021.
