One of the most visually striking machines to ever come out of Aprilia, the RSV1000R Bol D’Or which was built to commemorate their participation in…the Bol D’Or, a 24 hour endurance race that occurs every spring at Le Mans. Just 200 examples were built in the distinctive purple/red livery.

Changes from the RSV1000R were solely cosmetic, meaning the Bol D’Or came well equipped with Ohlins front forks, a slipper clutch, and Brembo calipers. You also got the wonderful V60 magnesium v-twin motor, which puts out 143 horsepower at 10,000 rpm.

Manufactured in April 2007, this example is VIN: ZD4RRTR037S000708. The seller is the original owner, he purchased it new from Martin’s Euro Sport in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania.

The odometer shows 8,763 miles.

“Somehow, nearly 20 years went by. My body can’t take the riding position and although my heart still wants it, it’s a shame to let such beautiful piece of machinery parked in my garage.”

“I don’t have any documentation. My army buddy is certified motorcycle mechanic so the little bit of maintenance other than fluid changes i.e. oil/filter, air filter, coolant, brake fluid, this bike only had the forks seals changed. Never had one single issue with the bike.”
Mechanical Issues:
The seller states that there are no known mechanical issues.

Akrapovic slip-on cans, reflective white rim tape.

Clear turn signal lenses, LED lights. Stickers on front fairing and passenger seat cowl. Aftermarket reflectors on front fender.
