In 2004, Aprilia updated their excellent RSV1000R sportbike to the second generation with a bevy of upgrades, most notably the 60-degree V90RR magnesium motor. It also got dual exhausts, tweaks to the chassis, and new styling.
The base model was called the RSV1000R, but the one you wanted was the Factory. Why? In addition to the special livery with gold frame, the Factory gained Ohlins suspension/steering damper, carbon fiber bodywork, and forged OZ wheels.
This example is VIN: ZD4RRTR0X7S000205. The seller acquired it two and a half years ago from a private party in New Jersey.
During his ownership, the seller has covered roughly 3,000 miles. The odometer shows 13,618 miles.

Leo Vince SBK exhaust, stock exhaust included.
Gearing lowered to 15/42 vs stock 16/40; original sprockets included.
