In 2004, Aprilia updated their excellent RSV1000R sportbike to the second generation with a bevy of upgrades, most notably the 60-degree V90RR magnesium motor. It also got dual exhausts, tweaks to the chassis, and new styling.

The base model was called the RSV1000R, but the one you wanted was the Factory. Why? In addition to the special livery with gold frame, the Factory gained Ohlins suspension/steering damper, carbon fiber bodywork, and forged OZ wheels.

This example is VIN: ZD4RRTR0X7S000205. The seller acquired it two and a half years ago from a private party in New Jersey.

During his ownership, the seller has covered roughly 3,000 miles. The odometer shows 13,618 miles.

Leo Vince SBK exhaust, stock exhaust included.

Gearing lowered to 15/42 vs stock 16/40; original sprockets included.

Oberon clutch slave cylinder, Woodcraft rear sets (reverse/GP shift), stock rear sets included.

New Brembo clutch master cylinder and lever.

CRG black adjustable front brake lever activating Brembo master cylinder.

TechSpec Snake Skin tank grips, tank protector, Small SW-Motech tank bag and tank adaptor ring.

Cosmetic Blemishes:

I performed all services personally but have documentation of parts purchases and an ongoing maintenance log.” The seller states that there are no known mechanical issues:

2/20: engine coolant flush
9/20: replaced clutch master (Brembo) and slave (Oberon) cylinders and clutch fluid
2020: new Shorai LiFePO4 battery
8/21: front suspension full service
11/21: replaced front and rear tires @12,900 with Bridgestone Battlax S22
11/21: replaced front brake pads; brake fluid flush
5/22: engine oil and filter changed @13,618 (Motul 7100 4T 15W-50; HiFlow HF152)

Inside of the tank:

The sale includes one OEM key and two aftermarket keys made by AF1.
