“If you absolutely, positively need to be able to wheelie at any time, this would be the bike for you.” That’s how Loz Blain described the incredible Super Duke R in a New Atlas review when KTM released it in 2014. KTM had a much quicker description – they just called it “The Beast.”

Manufactured in November of 2013, this example is VIN: VBKV39407EM902476. The seller is the original owner, he purchased it new from Thousand Oaks Powersports in Thousand Oaks, California.

The odometer shows 4,324 miles.

The seller notes that this was “never raced, never tracked, never wheelied, and never down. It was ridden only when properly warmed up.”

Modifications:
Carbon fiber exhaust bracket. The passenger pegs were removed for aesthetics and are not included.

Evotech Performance frame sliders.

Tail tidy.

Cosmetic Blemishes:
The seller states that there are no cosmetic blemishes.

He notes an “occasional front brake disc moan when moving bike by hand. Has been this way since I bought it and was told it’s normal. Not an issue when riding.” It has been “meticulously maintained” and the sale includes all service records.

The sale also includes the KTM owner’s briefcase, three keys, code card, 2014 Powerwear catalog, two WP suspension stickers, a KTM pen, OEM tool kit, and KTM rear wheel stand.

Currently located in Sherman Oaks, California, this KTM is currently offered on a clean California title with registration current through June 2022.
