Description
Click here for an CycleVIN Motorcycle History Report on this 2016 KTM Duke 390. Additional photos are available here for your perusal.
First offered in the US in 2015, the 390 variant of KTM’s Duke lineup came out to great reviews – offering a surprising amount of fun in a market segment that typically focused on price and gas mileage.
The 373cc engine produces 43 horsepower and almost 26 lb-ft of torque, which pairs well with a bike that weighs just 306 pounds dry.
Manufactured in February of 2016, this example is VIN: MD2JGJ401GC279817. The seller acquired it here on Iconic Motorbikes in August of 2021 for his son to ride, however his son grew a lot taller and faster than he anticipated, and outgrew the bike.

During his ownership, the seller has covered 4 miles. The odometer shows 136 miles.

Maintenance:
Duracell Ultra Platinum AGM Powersport battery installed in April 2022.

Modifications:
Battery tender lead.

Cosmetic Blemishes:
The seller states that there are no cosmetic blemishes.

The sale includes one key, and also comes with a KTM license plate cover.

It is riding on the original Metzeler Sportec M5 tires with date codes of 2415 and 2515.

Currently located in Cameron Park, California, this KTM is offered on a clean California title with registration that expired in March 2022.

Per the California DMV website, it would cost $219 to make the registration current until March 2023. If the next owner is in California, the seller is willing to give them a $250 registration credit.
