The “Scrambler” movement is back again, though most OEMs are offering models that typically emphasize style over substance. One of the prettiest of the reborn scramblers is the Moto Guzzi V7 Stornello, a limited edition (1,000) model that came with cosmetic changes and a high Arrow exhaust.

Other changes included a special white/red livery and a flyscreen.

The Stornello was built on the V7 II platform, so it had the 48 horsepower motor, a 6-speed transmission, and Bosch ABS/traction control. Thanks to the 5.8 gallon fuel tank, the fuel range was an impressive 300+ miles.

This seller of this example (VIN: ZGULWUE02GM000271) purchased it new from Orange County Moto Guzzi approximately two and a half years ago.

It is #754 out of 1000.

The odometer shows 348 miles.

It is completely stock except for a side courier bag and small tail bag.

The seller is letting it go as he has too many bikes and he’s looking to “clean house.” he notes that there are no mechanical issues, and we note minor tearing in the fork boots, and some stains.

The sale includes the Owner’s Manual (“Use + Maintenance Book”) and Warranty Booklet.

Currently located at our facility in Santa Monica, California, this Stornello is offered on a clean California title with registration current through April 2021.
