Built to celebrate “ninety years of passion and performance”, the 1299 Panigale S Anniversario was released as a limited edition capped at 500 units.

It was more than just a cosmetic upgrade: it was the first Ducati to get their EVO updates to Traction Control and Wheelie Control (utilizing data from the IMU), as well as the first Ducati to get Slide Control.

Over five pounds of weight was shaved thanks to a lithium-ion battery and several pieces of carbon fiber: heel guards, rear fender, and shock absorber cover.

The Anniversario also came with a race kit that featured billet aluminum mirror block off plugs, license plate holder plug, and a Akrapovic exhaust which bumped up horsepower to 202 when equipped.

The gold Akra was also paired with gold forged aluminum Marchesini wheels, laser-etched engraving, Italian-flag inspired livery, and some 90th Anniversary decals.

This example is VIN: ZDM14BYW7HB006685. The seller is our very own Adam, he purchased it in August 2025 from one of our clients in Denver, Colorado.

During his ownership, Adam has covered 1,330 miles. The odometer shows 5,071 miles.

Per Adam:
“I absolutely ADORE this bike! For me, it’s as good as it gets for the modern Ducatis that the new ones just don’t hold a candle to it. I’ve become somewhat accustomed to winglets and such but I much prefer the clean look of the prior gen such as this bike. The gold Y spoke wheels compliment the bike perfectly and as much as I appreciate a Ducati in red, I feel they just knocked it out of the park with this livery as it’s just SPOT ON.

I’ve ridden this bike throughout the local canyons, took it to two trackways where I can attest to just how fast it is and everything from the brakes to the suspension to the motor are sublime! I’m a big “twin fan” and there’s nothing better than a large displacement, high revving twin! The 1299 is a monster of a motor too…torque everywhere and fast enough to keep up with any of the new stuff, especially in the nice sweeper corners/curves.

I bought this particular bike from a client in CO that babied the bike so I knew it was right for me. I keep the wheelie control up a bit so I never wheelie it, no stunt stuff and I have the guys in our shop check it out at least once a month if not more. I just had them put brand new tires on it as the past set were still from COTA and I want it 100% ready to ride for its new owner.

Why sell if I love it so much? I only typically own a couple of bikes that I ride often and I’d like to rotate back into a classic. More than likely a RC30 but they are a bit out of budget. If that doesn’t pan out, we have some amazing relationships with Honda & Aprilia so I feel compelled to throw my leg over one of those if the right one pops up…the new RRR Fireblade is definitely another one I adore, the addiction is real!”
