Description

Click here for an VINData Motorcycle History Report on this 2017 KTM 690 Duke. Additional photos are available here for your perusal.

When KTM updated the Duke to a 690 in 2008, it gained atypical, futuristic styling which fit the bike’s personality quite well. It’s stayed at 690cc since, though the styling has mellowed out a bit.

By 2016 it was putting out a claimed 73hp and 55lb-ft of torque with a lean 327lb dry weight. MCN was a big fan and said the 690 “is toy-like, like a BMX with an engine.” For a more detailed breakdown including a comparison against the Yamaha MT-09 and Kawasaki ER-6n check out this review here.

Manufactured November 2016, this example is VIN: VBKLDV400HM798978. The seller purchased the bike from Triumph of Westchester September 2020.

During his ownership the seller has covered approximately 1,000 miles. The odometer shows 2,723 miles.

Maintenance:
The seller states, “Serviced myself. Oil, filter, drain plug, and washer.”

Modifications:
CRG Mirrors and KTM Mirror mounts.

Battery tender lead.

Inside of the tank:

It is riding on Metzeler Sportec tires with date codes of 3716 and 3916.

The sale includes two keys and a handlebar lock.
