Introduced to the US 2018, the Honda CB650F was the naked sibling of the CBR650F – both bikes featuring lovely four-into-one heads paying tribute to the iconic “waterfall” pipes of the CB400F from yesteryear.

The F’s standout feature was the inline four engine – its competitors were equipped with cheaper-to-produce twins. Said motor was good for 90 horspower and 47.2 ft-lbs of torque, enough for a claimed top speed of 130 mph. As MCN put it in their review, “The Honda CB650F is back in the naked middleweight game thanks to a proper injection of spirit, handling and attitude. Compared to the old model it has far more of the sporty Hornet ethos, which is a good thing! The transformation from old to new is remarkable and there is certainly nothing lacklustre about the CB650F anymore.”
