Please note: Being a 2018 model, this bike is too new to import to the U.S. MV Agusta have confirmed the bike does not meet specifications to be imported into the USA and used on the road. It can be modified to become compliant but otherwise it could only be used on track. The bike is Euro 4 compliant, and has the required labels as a Euro spec bike.
The Brutale 800 RR America was a limited edition version of MV Agusta’s flagship three cylinder naked, built to celebrate the brand’s heritage and designed as part of the company’s “sell less, sell better” philosophy. Just 200 units were produced worldwide, each finished in a distinctive red, white, and blue livery inspired by the 750 S of the 1970s and the 750 America of 1975. This example is number 079 and includes its commemorative glass plaque, with gold accents throughout the design, including stitching on the seat.
At the heart of the America edition is MV’s 798cc three cylinder engine, producing a claimed 140 horsepower. Known for its sharp throttle response and willingness to rev, the motor is paired with a six speed gearbox and a quick shifter with auto-blip for seamless up and down shifting. The full electronics package includes Traction Control, Front Lift Control, selectable riding modes, and Bosch ABS. Updates for 2018 brought Euro 4 compliance while retaining peak power, along with internal refinements to improve durability and reduce noise.
The chassis features a steel trellis frame with side plates, fully adjustable 43mm Marzocchi forks, and a Sachs rear shock. Braking is handled by dual front discs with four piston Brembo calipers, complemented by an eight position steering damper. Upright ergonomics and wide handlebars make the Brutale 800 RR America versatile on the street, while its limited production and heritage inspired styling mark it as one of MV Agusta’s most collectible modern specials.

“I bought this purely to ride with my wife who returned to biking after a 20 year absence. I wanted a ‘sat up’ riding position that was comfortable without having to get into a racing position on an out and out sports bike and one with good visibility so I could keep an eye on her riding. Sadly she has decided biking is not for her after all and has sold her bike. As much as I love this bike, I probably won’t use it for solo riding and hence it’s up for sale.”
