In 2014, MV Agusta updated the F3 675 with a big jump to the F3 800 – Cycle World said, “the 800 simply feels like a completely different animal.” Some of this was due to refinements to the engine management software, but the bigger motor was less peaky and made more power (148 hp at the crank compared to 126).
Soon after, MV announced the Reparto Corse (RC), a bike inspired by MV’s 800cc racer in World SuperSport. Designed as race replicas with several extra features, the RC was available in limited numbers only (for 2018 there were 500 worldwide). MV calls the RC “a bike that’s all about emotions, a street-legal masterpiece of racing engineering and design. It shows its true nature and fully expresses itself on the race track, yet handles beautifully on open roads.”
2018 got an update which included Euro 4 compliance, a revised transmission, minor updates to the engine, a completely new exhaust, improved Ride-by-Wire performance, and new graphics to better mirror their WSS race bikes.
This example (VIN: ZCGGKGNUXJV000450) is #177 out of the 500 built that year. The seller is the second owner, who purchased it last year from the original owner here on Iconic Motorbike Auctions. The first owner purchased it from Pro Italia in Glendale, California.
Cosmetic Blemishes:
The right side Rizoma turn signal has slightly melted due to heat from the exhaust.
Inside of the tank.
The sale includes two keys.
It also includes the original RC “Special Kit”, which comes with a SC Project carbon fiber exhaust, Race ECU, rear seat cowl, billet levers, rear sprocket for race gearing, and more (some of which were already installed on this bike).
It is riding on Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP tires with date codes of 4117 and 4617.
Currently located in Santa Monica, California, this MV Agusta is offered on a clean California title with registration current through May 2022.
