Designed as race replicas with several extra features, the RC was available in limited numbers only (for 2018 there were 500 worldwide). MV calls the RC “a bike that’s all about emotions, a street-legal masterpiece of racing engineering and design. It shows its true nature and fully expresses itself on the race track, yet handles beautifully on open roads.”
2018 got an update which included Euro 4 compliance, a revised transmission, minor updates to the engine, a completely new exhaust, improved Ride-by-Wire performance, and new graphics to better mirror their WSS race bikes.
