It’s time for something a little bit different – we’re putting our old shop van up on the block to make room for the new one! The Ram ProMaster 1500 3 Door Cargo Van is a versatile and efficient commercial vehicle designed for businesses that require ample cargo space and ease of operation…or for track addicts. Powered by a 3.6-liter V6 engine, this van can produce up to 280 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, while offering a payload capacity of up to 4,000 pounds.
It features a spacious and ergonomic cabin, with comfortable seats and intuitive controls that make it easy to drive and maneuver. The cargo area is designed for optimal loading and unloading, with wide rear and side doors and a low load floor height. Other notable features include a rearview camera, air conditioning, and a user-friendly infotainment system.
This is a high-roof model with a 136″ wheelbase.
This example is VIN: 3C6TRVBG5JE152771. Iconic Motorbikes is the original owner, we bought it in November 2018 from Rydell Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to use as our first shop van. We are letting it go to make room for a larger Mercedes Sprinter.
The odometer shows 100,288 miles.
It’s served us well, with multiple trips through California and the American Southwest.

Maintenance:
We’ve done regularly scheduled oil changes in-house. The transmission was replaced at approximately 60,000 miles. Since that time, the van has never been used to tow. As part of the most recent service (July 2022), we had the front brake pads and rotors replaced, the oil and oil filter changed, and a new set of tires installed.
Modifications:
Gorilla-Lift winch support strut, Badlands 2500 ATV Utility winch.
Big Boy EZ Rizer ramp for easy on and off-loading. This folds up into the back via the winch but it makes a lot of noise when driving. We can remove it, if the next owner wants it we’d recommend coating it in a softer material to minimize the noise.
Professionally-installed lining.
Wheel chock and several points for attaching straps. We can add the second wheel chock or remove both depending on the next owner’s wishes.
It is riding on Hankook Dynapro HT tires with date codes of 4221 and 4221.
