One of KTM’s most popular motorcycles, the 690 Enduro R stood out in the dual-sport market thanks to premium components, impressive power-to-weight ratio, and tremendous aftermarket support for all the customization you’d want – including full-on rally kits.

The model got a significant revamp in 2019, including WP XPLOR forks/shock, increased fuel capacity, lean-sensitive ABS, a quickshifter, a chassis redesign which maintained the same suspension travel but lowered the seat height, and updated styling to look more like the EXC.

For several riders, the most important updates happened with the LC4 single-cylinder engine. It got more powerful and became much smoother thanks to dual balancer shafts and also featured ride-by-wire and a slipper clutch. Claimed output was 74 horsepower and 54 foot-pounds of torque pushed through a six-speed transmission.
