At the 2019 Progressive International Motorcycle Show in Long Beach, Aprilia debuted limited edition models of the Tuono and the RSV4 – what made these more interesting than most is that they were only offered in the United States.

The RSV4 Misano debut at Long Beach.

The limited edition model was called the Misano, named after the track where Aprilia earned its first GP victory – Loris Reggiani piloted a Aprilia AF1 250 to the checkered flag on August 30th, 1987, starting an incredible run of nearly 300 wins in the 125/250 categories.

This livery pays tribute to how Loris’ bike looked in that first victory:

Changes were primarily cosmetic – the bespoke livery, a carbon fiber front fender, and a lithium battery.

Of course, that means you still get to enjoy the legendary 999cc V4 engine that produces 201 horsepower and 85 ft-lbs of torque, as well as one of the best electronics packages in motorcycling.

Other quality components included Brembo brakes, Sachs suspension, and aluminum wheels wrapped in Pirelli tires.

Just 100 examples of the Tuono and the RSV4 RR were created in the Misano livery, and today we’re featuring RSV4 #18/100.

This example is VIN: ZD4KEU007LS002004. The seller acquired it eight months ago from Rosso Corsa in Costa Mesa, California.

During his ownership, the seller has covered 650 miles. The odometer shows 1,352 miles.

Modifications:
Aprilia Corse Winglet Kit.

SC Project GP70-R titanium slip-on exhaust.

MotoDynamics integrated tail light and tail tidy.

CRG RC2 levers, Aprilia RSV4 bar ends.

StompGrip tank protection.

LighTech chain adjusters.

Evotech Performance axle sliders.

Included but not installed is an Ohlins steering damper (pictured below in a group shot of included parts).

Cosmetic Blemishes:
The seller states that there are no cosmetic blemishes.

The seller states that there are no known mechanical issues. “The service is current and it’s under the Aprilia factory warranty until February 2023.

It is riding on the original Pirelli Supercorsa SP tires.

The sale includes two keys as well as the stock exhaust, stock rear passenger pegs, OEM taillight, OEM levers, front fender reflectors, and a set of NRC mirror block off plates.

Currently located in Cameron Park, California, this Aprilia is offered on a clean California title with registration current through February 2023.
