New for 2014, the F3 800 was more than just an evolution of the F3 675 – Cycle World said, “The 800 simply feels like a completely different animal.” Some of this was due to refinements to the engine management software, but the bigger motor was less peaky and made more power (148 hp at the crank compared to 126).
The 800 also got a stronger slipper clutch, taller final drive gearing, upgraded Brembo brakes, and stronger Marzocchi forks.

The seller purchased the bike from EuroCycle Las Vegas two and a half years ago and states, “When I worked for MV USA as Technical Director this bike was used as a press bike getting approximately 600 miles of use. I personally performed the PDI on this bike.”

Maintenance:
Per the seller, “MV recommended first service at 600 miles. Rear brake goes soft and needs to be re-bled periodically.”
